Functional description

• The latch bolt is activated electrically via access control system, codelock or similar and becomes unlocked (Fail secure function).
• The latch bolt is activated electrically via access control system, codelock or similar and becomes locked (Fail safe function).
• The access control system detects with the help of the bolt contact if the door is closed or open.
• The access control system detects due to the barrier contact whether the electrik strike is locked or unlocked.
• Choose whether the lock should be compatible with right- or left-handed door, be in Fail secure or Fail safe function, 24 V or 12 V and which bolt width it should be adapted for.
• STEP 18 Secure in RC design is approved for locking security doors in klass RC3 and RC4 (door requirements in Protection class 2 and 3) together with ASSA 511, according to SS-EN 1627.
