With quality-assured split function
STEP SE37 is equipped with split function that really lasts over time.
The split function means that the interior lever handle and exterior lever handle can work independently of each other. This allows you to have a controlled access control from the outside, while at the same time you can open the door by only using the lever handle from the interior side.

Choose between a version with microswitches (SE37M) or without (SE37), depending on your needs.

STEP SE37 is a mechanical emergency lock case you can truly rely on. With the same high standards for quality, feel and finish, it is now possible to give the entire door environment a consistent level of quality, as the mechanical lock in the door can maintain exactly the same high level as the electric strike plate in the frame. Evacuation via STEP Exit emergency device or normal passage with lever handle retracts the upper latch bolt, which then stays retracted in the lock.After evacuation, the upper latch bolt is restored with a full turn of the key via cylinder.

STEP Lead cover ST1283
STEP lead cover is made of stainless steel and fits both wooden, steel and aluminum doors.
The spring has a wide inner diameter of 12.8 mm which facilitates the passage of the cable.
STEP lead cover is adapted for our motor locks, solenoid locks and all STEP mechanical locks equipped with a microswith.
