How we use your personal data
We collect personal information about you. We do so to sell and market our products and services, but also to answer questions, manage payments, warranties and provide you with other support.
The data can be collected in many ways, including when you contact us by phone or email, visit our website or sign up for our newsletter. Once we have received these data, we are responsible for managing them properly. This means that we will only use the personal data we need to conduct our business, and that the data only will be used for the purpose for which they have been collected.
Here are some examples of what personal data we use, and for what purpose:
- To contact you or answer questions via email or phone, we use personal information such as name, company title, phone number or e-mail address.
- To send a newsletter, we use name and e-mail address.
- To provide a good user experience when you visit our site, we collect tasks such as IP- address, operate system and geographic location.
- If you want to work with us, we need information such as name, CV and e-mail address.
Personal data is only saved for as long as they are used. However, some tasks may need to be saved for an extended period, such as data that must be saved in accordance with the Swedish accounting act.
We establish batch agreements with third parties
Some data may need to be processed by a third part. This may, for example, be about our accounting bureau or IT support company. In order to ensure that they handle the personal data under the terms of the GDPR, we have established batch agreements with these.
Our newsletter is administered by MailChimp. If you subscribe to our newsletter, MailChimp will save your e-mail address, IP address and create a time stamp. Read more about their privacy policy here: https://mailchimp.com/legal/privacy/. You can choose to unregister our newsletter at any time.
Your data subject rights
You have the right to request what personal data is being processed, where and for what purpose. You also have the right to be forgotten or change the data if it is incorrect.
