Solenoid handle lock STEP 110

STEP 110 is a solenoid handle lock in stainless steel. This durable lock is equipped with a unique DirectDrive^® function and modern bolt placement. CE-marked according to SS-EN 14846: 2008 in fire resistance class E/EI120.

Modern bolt placement and split spindle function

STEP 110 comes with modern bolt placement with the cylinder latch bolt located in the center of the lock case.

For door environments with fire requirements

Certified in fire technical class E/EI120 according EN 14846:2008.

With split function

STEP 110 has split spindle function which will allow any side of the lock to be mechanically controlled.

Evacuation and high durability are assured by sturdy attachment of the mechanically controlled side and the split spindle function being secured by stainless steel and hardened parts.

Several optional features

STEP 110 has several optional functions, such as a door hanging, fail secure/fail safe function, as well as the choice of mechanically connected side.

Integrated microswitches indicate closed and interlocked mode, as well as handle operation, for connection to access control systems.

STEP 110 is very well suited for use together with electric strikes.

Functional description

The latch bolt is retracted mechanically via the cylinder follower with key from the exterior side or key/thumb turn from the interior side.
Exterior lever handle is activated electrically via access control system, code lock or similar, and retracts latch bolt.
Interior lever handle is always mechanically controlled and retracts latch bolt.
Reversible to fit both right and left hung doors.
Reversible fail secure/fail safe function.
Reversible electrical/mechanically controlled side.

STEP 110 KPL

STEP 110 KPL is a complete set containing STEP 110 soleniod handle lock, a lead cover and 10 m connection cable.

STEP lead cover is made of stainless steel and fits both wooden, steel and aluminum doors. The spring has a wide inner diameter of 12.8 mm which facilitates the passage of the cable.

The set contains a 12 core, 10 m, connection cable.

Emergency exit device adapted for STEP´s solenoid handle locks

STEP Exit is an emergency exit device in stainless steel adapted for single exit doors where you want to create a safe evacuation route with a simple one hand operation. Certified according to SS-EN 179:2008.
